Classical Pilates – The Hundreds
This first session of the premium Classical Pilates series focuses on ‘The Hundreds’ the first of Joseph Pilates’ classic mat work sequence.
Joseph Pilates, the creator of the discipline, said the following about practising the entire sequence of the 34 movements “in ten sessions you will feel a difference, in twenty, you will see a difference and in thirty you will have a whole new body”.
The Hundred is designed to get your circulation going, to warm up your powerhouse and to co-ordinate your breathing whilst keeping your core engaged.
