This short three session course is aimed at the advanced beginner/intermediate student. Each session lasts approximately 15 to 20 minutes and can be viewed independently, or linked together to give an hours workout. The first session works on the whole body, with the subsequent sessions focusing more on the core and the hips. These sessions are best viewed in sequence, but they are stand alone videos and may be viewed as you wish.
