Intermediate – Pilates is meant to flow seamlessly from one exercise to the next. At Intermediate level only more complicated movements are demonstrated before you try them, although ample instruction is given as the exercises are performed. You will need to have developed some Core strength and be comfortable with exercises such as Curl Up, Double Knee Fold and single leg exercises.
Horse Riders – Focusing on exercises that give maximum benefit to Riders, the classes target the Hips, Hamstrings, Core, Posture and Alignment. The level is roughly between Beginners and Intermediate
