• I thought this used to be a Membership site?
  • Yes until April 2022 this website was a membership site only. You needed to sign-up and then log-in every time that you wanted to use the site to access your subscriptions/purchases. From April 2022 no new members can sign-up. Existing members may still access their subscriptions/purchases as normal through their My Account page. On-Demand Pilates course purchases are now downloadable and download links are sent by email after payment. Links are also shown on the Purchase Thank You page.
  • I have a monthly subscription can I pause or cancel at any time?
    • Yes you may pause or cancel any monthly subscription from your Account page. Your access will terminate at the end of the last subscription period. So if your subscription runs from the 1st of the month and you cancel on the 20th of the month, then you will still have access until the end of that month. No further monthly payments will be taken after you have cancelled your account.
  • If have a monthly subscription will I still get access to all the site’s content?
    • Yes for as long as you maintain your subscription you will have access to all the content available on the site.
  • How do I access the Premium content I have bought?
    • New On-Demand Pilates course purchases are now downloadable and download links are sent by email after payment. Links are also shown on the Purchase Thank You page.
  • Can I download the videos?
    • Yes the videos are available to download and are available in a number of sizes/resolutions to suit your internet download speed.
  • I have bought a video course that states I have lifetime access to the video. How will I access the video course should this web site close?
    • In the unlikely event of this site no longer operating you will be given the opportunity to download the videos prior to that closure. They will also be made publicly available on YouTube or Vimeo.
  • I have a medical condition do I need to see my Doctor prior to starting one of your Pilates courses?
    • Yes it is always very sensible to contact your doctor and discuss the suitability of these exercises prior to starting any exercise. Please check our Terms and Conditions to see the sort of risks that need to be considered.
  • I have never tried Pilates before, or I haven’t performed any Pilates exercises for a long time, how should I safely go about starting?
    • Please look at the Introduction to Pilates video course. This short introductory video takes a quick look at the three foundations of Pilates – Alignment, Breathing and Core. It explains how to find a neutral spine and pelvis, the basics of lateral breathing and how to “zip and tuck” to engage your core. It is an absolute essential watch for anyone who hasn’t done Pilates before.
