Pilates for Beginners 4


This five session course looks at refining the Pilates movements in preparation of tackling more advanced movements. In this course we target common problem areas such as the back, core, hips and the legs as well as looking at some stretches. A really balanced workout needs to include some exercises from each of these sessions.

Around 2.5 hours of video instruction.
