LOCATION

Fran Griffith Rider Biomechanics is located in the beautiful countryside of Ceredigion in the village of Nebo, close to the west Wales coastal resort of Aberaeron.

There are number of B&Bs, Guest Houses and camp sites in the local vicinity for those travelling from further afield. There is also plenty of space in our yard for horse lorries and trailers.

DIRECTIONS

Arriving from the North

Follow A487 south from Aberystwyth to Llanrystud. Turn left on to B4337 and follow for approx 3 miles until you reach the village of Nebo. Go over bridge and take first turn on right. Follow road for approx 150 yards until you see cross roads. Immediately before the cross roads is a farm track (on right) turn down track and we are at the bottom.

Arriving from the South

If travelling from Cardigan, follow the coast road through Aberaeron and turn right onto the B4577 at Aberarth. Follow this road, through Pennant to Cross Inn. At Cross Inn turn on to the B4337 (second left) and continue until you reach the village of Nebo sign. Take the first turning on the left and follow for approx 100 yards until you reach a cross roads. Turn right and then immediately left down the track until reaching the yard.

Arriving from the East

If travelling from Lampeter follow the A482 for approximately 4 and a half miles before turning right onto the B4337. Follow the B4337 through Talsarn to Cross Inn. Continue along the B4337 until you reach the village of Nebo sign. Take first turning on left and follow for approx 100 yards  when you reach a cross roads. Turn right and then immediately left down  the track until reach the yard.

The name of the property, Pengraig, is at the top of the track. This can be seen if approaching from the right but not if you have turned from the crossroads.
