If you’re interested in taking part in my new free Shape Up for Spring 5 day challenge, please complete the form below. During the 5 days starting 22 March 2021, you will receive a daily email from me with a link to that day’s class. The classes will cover abdominal and core strength, boosting energy, increasing flexibility, improving posture, and finally strengthening and toning the body.
The daily workouts are designed to help you:
- build lean muscles & increase strength
- reduce tension
- improve flexibility & posture
- increase your energy levels

These workouts are for everyone, no matter your age or fitness level. It doesn’t matter if you are totally new to Pilates, or haven’t done it for a while, all the classes are short, around 15 minutes(ish), so they can be easily fitted in to a busy day.
The videos will be available for you to watch at home, or on your mobile, anytime, anywhere. And whilst the challenge is not horse rider specific, it will greatly benefit most horse riders.
